Q&A
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship from our California warehouse and arrive in 3–7 business days, with a tracking number.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment — we ship to US addresses only.
Will the unlacquered brass change color?
Yes. Unlacquered brass is a living finish: it slowly darkens into a warm, natural patina with use. If you prefer the bright look, a brass polish restores the shine in minutes.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth, then dry. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners.
Do I need a plumber to install it?
We recommend installation by a licensed plumber. If you have questions about fittings or measurements, contact us before ordering.
